How to install:
1 Place all items in the folder "Downloads" of the game (usually in "C: \ Program Files \ Electronic Arts \ The Sims 3 \ Downloads" or in My Documents \ Electronic Arts \ The Sims 3 \ Downloads).
Sims 2 Open 3 Launcher and go to the part of the Downloads.
3 Click "Select All" and then "Install".
That is all.
Go to the official website and see what the store has and I have an idea of what the pack
Have the Sims 3 up and running

This has everything from the store when sims was released. you will still need to find the the new stuff - steam punk, etc.
