During last week's EA Showcase in London we asked Realtime World's Chris Collins how he expects APB to grow post release and we were bowled over by his response.
"We had a meeting internally recently - our big general meeting- where Dave (Jones) put up an image of the district select screen, to demonstrate how he sees it in twelve months time and it won't be just Social, Financial and Waterfront. It'll be Social, Financial, Waterfront and twelve other districts for players to choose from, we're going to be adding to it all the time," Revealed the social media and communities manager.
So what will these new districts entail? Well that really depends on what sort of feedback players give to the developers, it could range from new weapons and vehicles or more grandiose ideas.
"APB will be expand both horizontally and vertically, we'll be putting in new content for the areas you see now and expanding it out. If players want a dedicated zombie district or a World War II district then we have the tools to make that."
We've currently drafting our online petition for Homer Simpson's 'Land of Chocolate' to be faithfully recreated.
APB will launch exclusively on the PC in June and if you scream loud enough on the forums, it seems you'll be able to get pretty much whatever you want from this versatile MMO.
