Sims 3 mod sites

Brett: Some sims 3 mod sites? Hello I'm looking for a sims 3 mod site I've been to fresh prince creations and modthesims2 im looking for one that is free and has alot of hair/clothes/furniture. also if you can provide a site on how to mod the sims 3 would be nice because i believe i have the wrong thing. thanks!
