Sims 3 World Adventures

Goldsworth: I got the Sims 3 Deluxe Edition (Base game + Ambitions expansion) for Christmas and it was working perfectly. But yesterday I bought the World Adventures expansion pack and installed it. Today I was going to test it out but I'm having issues. When I click on the World Adventures desktop icon and then the 'play' button, it says it cannot find the disc and that I need to insert the Ambitions disc. At first I thought I must have accidentally clicked on the Ambitions game launcher instead, but it did the same thing after I re-started it. There were no issues installing or registering World Adventures, so I'm not sure what's wrong.

What should I do? Thank you in advance to everyone who answers.

Berryrc- I bought it from my local Walmart, where the useless employees know nothing about milk, much less electronics. But ahaha yes, Eli is pretty amazing. :)

Jolene- Thank you, I'll try that if nothing else works. I was really looking forward to World Adventures!

KBlack25- Okay thanks, I'll definitely try that. I just assumed that it would start Ambitions instead of World Adventures.

Kblack: do what it sayes not all the expansion packs use the the install disk for instance i had just fast lane stuth and the base game and i had to use that disk to play now i have all the expansions and now i use late night to play so if your going to play inset the disk its asking for in your case ambitions and it should start up fine it may need to also update

Jolene: uhmmmm if i were you i would uninstall the sims 3 game and all the expansion packs. I would then restart my computer and install the games back. I hope it works out for you because world adventures is really fun! :)
