If you want to unlock God Hard from the start, without beating the game, go to the title screen and rotate the Right Analog Stick 20 times in the same direction (it doesn't matter which direction, clockwise or counterclockwise). You should hear a sound confirming your input.
Hint Enemy EyesIf enemies are targeting you their eyes turn red -- if they are targeting something else, they are blue.
