World of Planes Review

World War II has been a memorable war for the whole world. It was in this war that dog fights in mid air took the spot light. And even on the present people still want to reminisce and experience what the top dog pilots back then felt and how they ruled the air in winning important details of the war. Because of the excitement that the World War II dog fights brought, a game to simulate the feeling is now on its way to let people know how it felt possible. The game World of Planes came in to picture.

World of Planes will be a massively multiplayer World War II flight simulation game that will enable hundreds of planes to occupy the skies at the same time and let players battle out each other until a victorious country emerges. Yes, you read that right. A Multiplayer game which will let players play with each other as allies or foes. Now nothing can be more exciting than that. World of Planes is currently being developed by the talented people inside Gaijin Entertainment, the same people who are responsible for the popular game, Wings of Prey.

The game World of Planes will cover a wide airspace stretching across Eastern, Western, Pacific, and Mediterranean where the dogfights of WWII historically took place. In the game, players will be able to pilot a fighter plane of their choice and as the game progresses, players will be able to upgrade their planes or choose to change their old planes to new and better models. Each round of war will take 3 exciting months and within that timeline, players must have already defeated their enemy country. Players will be able to gain ranks and new planes as they level up and improve their stats in the game.

World of Planes will feature a serious and genius level of simulation. The game will have realistic damage computations and modeling. The system is so advanced that it will be able to compute which bullets will be able to penetrate enemy armors or just ricochet depending on the angles, distance and all the physics involved. Players will be able to fine tune their engines with screwdrivers and have the complete choices on how to set their planes up.

Release dates of the game is still not definite but rumors say that the game will be out on autumn this year. It is not yet sure but visit us again as we will update everyone as soon as a final release date is set.
