1. 2010 FIFA World Cup (Xbox 360, PS3):- Make your own history with the World Cup version of EA's top-rated FIFA franchise. Featuring 199 of the 204 teams that competed in this year's qualifying rounds, it includes all ten official venues, a scenario mode that lets you relive famous World Cup moments, and a new 'two-button' control option for soccer newbies. Best of all? Good refs.
2.  Pro Evolution Soccer 10 (Xbox 360, PS3) :-If FIFA isn't your thing, check out this competing title from Konami. While it doesn’t boast the official World Cup flair, it enjoys the UEFA license alongside some of the best simulation soccer in the business. Great graphics and loads of depth make it a solid choice.
3. Penalty Shootout (Web):-Blow your monthly game allowance on too many World Cup keggers? No worries -- Penalty Shootout will scratch your soccer jones for the low, low price of free. Actually, it might even pay you, since the top two players will get flown to Rio for the finale. Act quickly, though -- the competition ends at midnight Friday.  
4. Mario Strikers: Charged (Wii):-Arcade soccer is often more fun than the real deal, and it doesn’t get much more arcadey than this mascot-based soccer game from Nintendo. The excellent Mario Strikers turns your favorite characters into five-player football teams packed with crazy power-ups. With full online play, it's one of the Wii's coolest sports games.
5. Academy of Champions: Soccer (Wii):-Game publisher Ubisoft has a few famous characters in their arcade soccer game, too -- and we're not just talking about the likes of Rayman and Sam Fisher.
